Moles

moles

In the last decade, American dermatologists have campaigned to raise awareness about the importance of having moles checked annually by a physician.  They constantly remind us to monitor the size, shape, and color of the moles on our bodies.  Some individuals elect to have a mole removed because of skin cancer concerns, and others dislike moles for aesthetic reasons. Whether you are looking to have a mole removed for aesthetic or medical reasons, Farzad R. Nahai, M.D. is the right choice for the job.  He is a board-certified plastic surgeon with years of experience.

Cysts

Cysts are closed sac-like structures on the body that may be filled with liquid or other semisolid material.  There are 100s of types of cysts which can be found anywhere on the body including the face, scalp, back, arm, groin and even within organs.  Cysts can be genetic but there are other causes.  There is a type of cyst with is infectious, but most cysts are not.  So they are not preventable.
